- Children (under 5 years) if taking separate plate will be charged full food cost
- Please note outside food is not allowed
- Consuming Liquor outside of premises is strictly prohibited

- Our Villa is recognized by West Bengal Tourism as GOLD category Homestay
- Our staff/Cook would be happy to purchase raw materials or any additional items that guests may need
- You can take Single room also in Weekdays
- Stags/ Unmarried Couple are not allowed in this Villa
- We are PET FRIENDLY, charges applicable.
- Driver’s accommodation @ Rs.700/- with breakfast
- Special tariff is applicable during Puja & X-Mas Holidays
- Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
- Back up power by Inverter. But AC, REFRIGERATORS, GEYSERS, KETTLES can not be used during power cuts, if at all, due to failures in the WBSEB supply grid.
- Kitchen to be used by Homestay staff only. Guests can not cook. Drinking water will be provided from 20lt Jar.
- No food/meal to be eaten in bed rooms
